Bealls Signs 31,500-SF Rockledge Lease In Deal Valued At More Than $4M

A 31,528-square-foot retail space at 1802 Rockledge Boulevard in Rockledge has been leased to Bealls in a transaction valued at more than $4 million.

The lease is structured as a 10-year triple-net agreement with an asking rent of $15 per square foot. Shlomi Fedida is the landlord in the deal.

Bealls will occupy the full retail space as part of its continued expansion.

Caio Martin of Current Capital Realty and Daniel Fedida represented the landlord in the transaction.

The lease adds to Bealls’ ongoing growth strategy as the retailer continues to expand its footprint nationwide. The company currently operates more than 650 locations and reportedly has plans for more than 20 additional stores.

The Rockledge lease reflects continued retailer demand for well-located space in Florida’s suburban markets, particularly among expanding value-oriented and apparel-focused chains seeking long-term locations.
