CBRE Arranges $1.1 Million Sale Of Industrial Property In Winter Haven

CBRE has arranged the sale of a 15,090-square-foot industrial property, Winter Haven Industrial, in Winter Haven for $1,115,000 to Silver Lake Apartments, LLC.

CBRE’s Tyler Kuhlman and Luke Hansen represented the seller, Cabessa Property Management, in the transaction.

Located at 3545 Recker Highway, Winter Haven Industrial sits on .98 acres and features 30 small-bay units across four buildings. The property consists of three retails units, 25 storage spaces varying in size, 29 parking spaces, a manager’s apartment and a single-family residence. Winter Haven Industrial has strategic access to 570 Toll Road, U.S. Highway 92, 27 and 60 and is only 12 miles west of Lakeland.

“At just 50% occupied, the property presents a significant value add opportunity for the buyer to increase occupancy and raise below market in-place rents,” said Kuhlman, First Vice President with CBRE.
