Colliers Adds Former CRE Attorney To Office Services Team
Colliers has announced the addition of Jessica Sirianni, J.D., a former commercial real estate attorney with several years of industry experience, as an office services associate in Central Florida.
Sirianni will partner with Rick Solik and Matthew McKeever on the office services team and focus on tenant representation.
“Jessica’s addition to the office brokerage team will enhance the team’s presence in Central Florida and provide our clients with exceptional service,” said Alex Evans, managing director and Orlando market leader at Colliers. “Her extensive knowledge of commercial real estate law and natural relationship-building skills make her a trusted advisor and valuable asset to our clients.”
As a member of the Solik-McKeever Office Services Team, Sirianni will provide added value in evaluating risks, negotiating lease terms and finding strategic solutions for renewals, relocations and acquisitions. Her legal experience positions her as a key advisor, helping clients make informed and cost-effective real estate decisions.
“I’m proud to be working alongside Rick Solik and Matthew McKeever – two industry leaders in Central Florida’s office market,” said Sirianni. “This next chapter allows me to fully leverage my strengths in building relationships and creating value for clients.”
Prior to joining Colliers, Sirianni served as an associate attorney at ShuffieldLowman, a full-service law firm with five offices throughout Central Florida. In this role, she handled commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing transactions.
“Matthew and I are eager to welcome Jessica to our team,” said Solik, executive managing vice president at Colliers. “Her extensive commercial real estate knowledge applies directly to our clients and will be well-utilized in complex office lease negotiations. As the Orlando office market continues to draw new and existing businesses, Jessica will serve as a key leader in the next generation of brokers in the region.”
Sirianni earned her juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School and her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida. She is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
