Tobin Real Estate Brokers New 5,400 SF Restaurant Lease In Winter Haven

Tobin Real Estate successfully brokered a 5,400-square-foot restaurant lease at Winter Haven Citi Centre in Winter Haven.

Senior Vice President Louie Granteed represented the landlord BSD Capital (231 Citi Centre Street Holdings, LLLP), led by principals Sharon Sharaby and Guy Levintin, in the transaction and exclusively handles all retail and restaurant leasing at the property.

La Criolla Café & Bakery, a sister restaurant to the popular La Criolla Café & Restaurant in Davenport, Florida, leased the space at 416 Citi Centre St. It is known for its authentic Puerto Rican menu items, including house-made empanadas, breakfast platters and mofongo, along with a various sandwiches and smoothies. The Davenport location first opened five years ago, amassing a significant following in the years since.

Winter Haven Citi Centre is a premier 185,705-square-foot retail center on 16.16 acres in Polk County, strategically located near Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park. The bustling shopping destination boasts high visibility and a strong tenant roster including Lowe’s, Belk, Staples, Carrabba’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Regions Bank, GNC, Subway and Walgreens.
