Partyka Brings 2 New Industrial Tenants To Sanford Totaling 67,450 SF

Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MiCP, CIPS, Partner at NAI Realvest, announced two new industrial leases at Sanford Airport, representing the Landlord, the Sanford Airport Authority.

IPC Paving, LLC has leased 62,700 square feet of industrial located at 29th Street & Carrier Avenue. The paving and sitework contractor will utilize the space to support ongoing growth and operational expansion in the Sanford market.

The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees, on behalf of UCF’s energy research program (CATER transitioning to CAPE), has leased 4,750 square feet at 1345 E. 28th Street. The space will support UCF’s advanced energy storage and applied research initiatives.
