Mitsubishi Power Americas Occupies Entire 136,000 SF Office Building In Orlando
Mitsubishi Power Americas has occupied Building N, a 136,000-square-foot office building at SouthPark Center, a premier Class A office complex in Orlando. The power generation and energy storage solutions company signed the lease in 2025 and moved into the building in August 2026. The new office space is home to more than 450 employees.
Jay Dixon and Colin Morrison with CBRE represented the landlord, PPF Real Estate, a comprehensive real estate company and part of the PPF Group, in the transaction, while CBRE’s Andrei Savitski represented Mitsubishi.

PPF Real Estate engaged CBRE in early 2025, and over the past 18 months, CBRE has completed more than 270,000 square feet of new leases at SouthPark, underscoring the property’s desirable location and amenities.

SouthPark Center is a 162-acre campus totaling 1.25 million square feet of office and commercial space across 10 buildings. Amenities include on-site restaurant Nature’s Table, tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, access to Shingle Creek exercise trail, outdoor gathering areas and more. The campus provides quick access to Orlando International Airport, Highway 528 and the Florida Turnpike as well as connectivity to Central Florida’s key destinations.
