LQ Commercial Facilitates 11K SF Office Lease For Central Florida Expressway Authority
LQ Commercial continues its activity in the Orlando office market with the completion of an 11,022-square-foot lease at Maitland Green II, located at 601 South Lake Destiny Drive in Maitland.
The tenant, the Central Florida Expressway Authority, will relocate its call center operations to the Maitland office property while maintaining its corporate headquarters at its existing Orlando location on ORL Tower Road. Positioned just off Interstate 4, the new location offers strong regional accessibility and supports operational efficiency.
The landlord, TGT Maitland, LLC, was represented by Harbert Realty Services. Daniel Butts, President of LQ Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction.
