Large-Scale Industrial Project Planned Along Melbourne’s Growing Aerospace Corridor
Agador Spartacus Development is planning the Panorama Melbourne Industrial Park, a roughly $90 million industrial development in Melbourne. The project is expected to total 450,920 square feet across four buildings on approximately 35.28 acres near Eau Gallie Boulevard and John Rodes Boulevard. Sitework is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2027, adding substantial new industrial inventory to a Brevard County corridor attracting continued aerospace and manufacturing investment.
Four-Building Industrial Campus Planned
Plans call for improvements across the 35-acre site as well as infrastructure work along Eau Gallie and John Rodes boulevards. The development is expected to have three access points designed to support traffic circulation and logistics for future industrial users.
Certified General Contractors is working on the project as the design-build contractor. C4 Architecture is serving as architect, while Morgan & Associates is the civil engineer.
The planned development represents a significant addition to Melbourne’s industrial pipeline. At nearly 451,000 square feet, the project would provide a sizable block of new space in a market increasingly influenced by the Space Coast’s aerospace, defense and technology sectors.
Aerospace Investment Drives Space Coast Growth
The surrounding corridor has attracted investment from major aerospace companies, including Extant Aerospace and Blue Origin, helping create additional demand for industrial, manufacturing and supporting facilities in the region.
That activity has broadened the importance of Melbourne’s industrial market beyond traditional warehouse and distribution uses. New development positioned near major transportation routes and established aerospace operations can serve manufacturers, suppliers and other companies tied to the expanding Space Coast economy.
The Panorama Melbourne Industrial Park is expected to begin sitework in the first quarter of 2027.
