Historic Building Fetches $13.7 Million

Angebilt building has changed ownership. 37 N. Orange Novel Coworking LLC purchased the building, located at 37 North Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando, from The New Angebilt Corporation for $13,700,000. The deal closed January 3. Edward Johnston of Edward Johnston Group/Coldwell Banker of Winter Park represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Johnston also represented the sale of Dexter’s Thornton Park and Dexter’s Winter Park in November 2018.
