Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Davis, Robert Kellogg and Colin Morrison will lease the building on behalf of the landlord, Northridge Capital.
Newmark’s Multifamily Senior Managing Directors Scott Ramey and Erik Bjornson and Vice Chairman Patrick Dufour represented the seller Tomoka Pointe Housing, LP in the sale to Waypoint Real Estate Investments.

The seller, BlueScope Properties Group, delivered the asset in July on a build-to-suit basis for an undisclosed beverage company.
