FedEx Inks 433,000-SF Lease Deal In Orlando

FedEx Corp. inked a 433,434-square-foot lease deal in building 800 at Infinity Park, a 206-acre speculative business park near the Orange County Convention Center.

CBRE‘s David Murphy represented the business park’s industrial developer McCraney in the deal, and CBRE’s Greg Dyer and Monica Perez Wonus represented FedEx.

Infinity Park’s roughly 1.3 million square feet of distribution/logistics space has been 74% leased as construction continues on the project’s second phase. Construction is expected to wrap up this spring on the second phase totaling 733,000 square feet.
