Huge 469-Acre Industrial Park In Lake Wales Now On the Market For $60 Million

A major industrial development opportunity has hit the market in Lake Wales.

The 469-acre Stoneridge Industrial Park was listed in October with an asking price of $60 million, offering one of the largest available industrial sites in Central Florida.

The property is currently vacant but comes with approvals allowing for up to 4 million square feet of industrial development. Its size and level of entitlement make it highly attractive to developers seeking room for large distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or multi-building industrial campuses.

The land is owned by New Jersey developer Moishe Goldshmidt and is being marketed by Fort Myers–based LSI Companies.

Polk County has seen steady growth in logistics and industrial activity, and a site of this scale could attract major users. With Florida’s central location and continued expansion of supply-chain operations, the property offers strong potential for job creation and long-term economic impact in the Lake Wales area.

As the region continues to position itself as a logistics hub, the listing highlights increasing demand for large, development-ready industrial land.
