NAI Realvest Welcomes New Team Members

Patrick Mahoney, CEO, NAI Realvest, has welcomed two new team members – Jake Cordes, Industrial Brokerage Coordinator and Bianca Almeida, Assistant Property Manager.

Cordes is working with the brokerage team of Kevin O’Connor, Principal and Matthew Cichocki, Principal, providing support in prospecting, research, and business development. Jake is a new graduate of the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a minor in Real Estate.

Almeida is joining the Property Management team, supporting two senior property managers. Bianca has over 10 years of experience in property management and real estate analysis.  She is trilingual – fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Mahoney stated, “We are thrilled to welcome both Jake and Bianca to the firm. As a recent college graduate, Jake brings a fresh perspective and viewpoint. Bianca is a great addition to our property management department, which we have expanded recently. Her extensive experience and multilingual abilities are both great assets with the diverse clients and tenants we work with.”
