NAI Realvest’s Kelley, West Lease 20,000 SF At Brand-New Office/Warehouse Property Goldenrod Business Center

Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, Principal, and Mary Frances West, CCIM, Vice President at NAI Realvest, announced two leases completed at Goldenrod Business Center.

Goldenrod Business Center, located at 6275 South Goldenrod Road in Orlando is a 92,024-square-foot dock-high office/warehouse building.

Jet Optoelectronics USA, Inc. leased 12,176 square feet of space in Suite 500. Jet Optoelectronics is a new electronics business creating entertainment screens for major car brands and is based out of Taiwan.

Black & Decker (U.S), Inc. leased 8,069 square feet of space in Suite 450. Black & Decker is an American manufacturer of power tools, accessories, hardware, and other home improvement and was represented by Robert Tardy of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kelley and West represented the developer, Bavar Properties (Orlando Officenter, LLC) in numerous leases over the last 15 years.
