Pool & Spa Company Inks Deal For Nearly 18,000 SF In Orlando

Electro Mechanic Industries, LLC, dba Vermana, has leased a 17,582-square-foot warehouse located at 5340 Young Pine Road in Orlando.

Vermana is a growing provider of pool and spa resurfacing, electro-mechanical equipment repair, and scheduled chemical deliveries. This new facility expands Vermana’s operational capacity, supporting increased inventory, equipment staging, and fleet operations as the company continues to grow throughout Central Florida.

The tenant was represented by NAI Realvest Associates Stian Funk and Zach Cichocki. Kristin Griffin of JLL represented the landlord.
