He brings a wealth of expertise, most recently serving as Managing Director of JLL’s Retail Advisory group where he focused on the Central, Southwest and North Florida markets.
The tenant was represented by NAI Realvest Associates Stian Funk and Zach Cichocki. Kristin Griffin of JLL represented the landlord.
JLL’s Cam Montgomery and Matt Sullivan are leading leasing efforts for the property on behalf of Stonemont.
The company is moving operations from South Florida to Central Florida, drawn by cost advantages and access to Florida’s key logistics corridors.
JLL Managing Director Micah Strader and Senior Associate Madison Kimbell represented the building’s ownership in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Andrei Savitski of CBRE.
John Huguenard, Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Taylor Osborne and David Orta Jr. of JLL represented the seller, Scannell Properties, in the transaction. Goldman Sachs Alternatives was the buyer.
