2.5 MSF Industrial Project Proposed For Apopka

A 2.5 million-square-foot industrial project is being proposed for Apopka.

It would include three buildings on vacant land on 234 acres at 4670 W. Orange Blossom Trail next to the Orlando-Apopka Airport, according to Apopka city documents.

The space by building includes:

• Building 200: 576,160 square feet
• Building 300: 1.2 million square feet
• Building 400: 725,040 square feet

Project developer Minnesota-based WPT Management Trust LI is under contract to buy the land from Cypress Business Park LLC (owner with 65% interest) and American Land Apopka Industrial LLC (35% interest).

The land includes a 222.4-acre property that last traded hands in November 2020 for $6.87 million and a 12-acre parcel last sold for $600,000 that month in a separate transaction, according to the Orange County Property Appraiser.
