Linkvest Capital, a vertically integrated real estate firm with financing, acquisition and development entities, has announced a joint venture partnership with FUTURA to develop Futura at Nona Cove luxury apartments, a five-story, 260-unit luxury rental community located at 19463 Boggy Creek Rd. in Orlando. The multi-family component represents the first phase of the mixed-use development located within the dynamically growing Lake Nona luxury real estate sub-market in Orlando. The center will also include a four-story 122,000 square-foot self-storage facility and approximately 32,000 square feet of commercial and retail spaces. The project recorded its site plan approval, zoning and land-use ordinances on September 4, 2018. Construction on the apartment complex is scheduled to begin in Q1 2020, with completion slated for Q3 2021. Situated on approximately 5.5 acres at the intersection of Narcoossee and Boggy Creek Roads, Futura at Nona Cove luxury apartments feature a modern coastal contemporary architectural design by Charlan Brock Associates. The project will offer studios, one, two and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 623 to 1,315 square feet. All apartment homes will feature nine-foot ceilings, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, washers and dryers, oversized balconies, private patios and walk-in closets. Future residents will also enjoy an all-inclusive package of amenities, including a clubroom and resident lounge with co-working areas; oversized lap and resort-style pool; state-of-the-art wellness and fitness center, a community walking and jogging trail outfitted with fitness stations; community dog spa; and an oversized linear dog park with sitting gazebo for residents to congregate while pets play. ]]>
