Florida Care Medical, Inc. leased the entire 3,072-square-foot free-standing building at 7200 Curry Ford Road in Orlando. With a focus on primary care, Florida Care Medical offers a wide range of medical services.  The landlord is 7200 Curry Ford, LLC.

Orlando Health, Inc. signed a lease for 4,556 square feet (the entire building) at 790 Buenaventura Lakes Boulevard in Kissimmee. Orlando Health is a private, not-for-profit network of community and specialty hospitals based in Orlando.  The landlord is 790 BVL, LLC.

PeopleOne Health Florida, LLC leased a 3,912-square-foot free-standing medical office building at 5840 West Colonial Drive in Orlando. PeopleOne Health Florida delivers higher level, affordable healthcare for businesses and individuals.  The landlord is 5840 W Colonial, LLC.
