Colliers Florida Multifamily Team Expands In Central Florida

Duane Anderson, a commercial real estate expert with nearly 10 years of industry experience, has joined the Tampa-based Colliers Florida Multifamily Team as senior associate in Central Florida.

Anderson, who will work out of the Orlando office, will specialize in multifamily investment sales and advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in the Central Florida region.

“Central Florida is an active multifamily market, and bringing Duane on board was a strategic decision to strengthen our presence in the area and expand our reach across the state,” said Casey Babb, CCIM, executive vice president and team lead for the Colliers Florida Multifamily Team. “His extensive experience and track record make him an immediate asset to our team and will open new opportunities for our clients in Central Florida.”

The Colliers Florida Multifamily Team includes nine brokers and four essential support staff who cover the West, Central, North and South Florida markets. The team provides coverage of all the major markets, including Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and Miami. Since 2021, the team has closed several record-setting deals across the state, including the sale of The Pointe on Westshore in 2024 for $134 million. In Q3 2025, they’ve closed 12 deals and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that will position them for a strong first half of 2026.

During his career, Anderson has completed roughly $250 million in sales, including the sale of The Residences at Veranda Park in Orlando for $40 million in 2020. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as senior vice president at Offerd. He was also a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he worked alongside Babb and his team prior to their joining Colliers in 2021.

Anderson earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2020 and 2022 and earned the Connect CRE Top Broker Award in 2020. He was also recognized with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors Circle of Achievement Award in 2020.
