307,000 SF Industrial Project Planned Near Kennedy Space Center

Stotan Industrial and CrossHarbor Capital Partners are preparing to launch a major industrial development in Titusville, underscoring continued investor interest in Florida’s Space Coast as a logistics and aerospace-adjacent growth corridor.

The partnership plans to develop NASA Causeway Logistics Center, a two-building project totaling 306,980 square feet within Vector Space Business Park in Brevard County. The 28.6-acre site is positioned directly next to the NASA Causeway and sits roughly five miles from Kennedy Space Center, giving the project proximity to one of Florida’s most active aerospace and technology hubs.

The development will include a 215,460-square-foot Building A and a 91,520-square-foot Building B. Planned features include 32-foot clear heights, as many as 85 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, more than 300 auto parking spaces and 55 trailer parking spaces.

Lightle Beckner Robison advised Stotan Industrial on the land transaction. Construction is expected to begin immediately, with completion targeted for the second quarter of 2027.
