Bishop Wood Partners Closes Property Sale To City Of Orlando

Bishop Wood Partners (BWP), a Central Florida-based commercial real estate brokerage and development firm, announced the successful sale of 850 South Hughey Avenue in Orlando.

The City of Orlando acquired the approximately 57,000-square-foot building on 3.4 acres for $9.4 million. BWP represented the seller in the transaction.

The property is located at the northwest corner of South Hughey Avenue and West Gore Street, adjacent to Interstate 4 in downtown Orlando. The addresses include 806 and 850 Hughey Avenue, along with 325 West Gore Street, in Orlando.

Billy Bishop, Principal, Kyle Wood, Principal, and Colton Bishop, Associate, served as the lead
brokers representing the sellers.
