South Florida Group Buys Central Florida Office Building

Jeffrey Weiss bought a seven-year-old office building in Disney’s Celebration community for $17.2 million. The new owner paid $170 per square foot for the 100,924-square-foot office building at 1390 Celebration Boulevard, next to the grounds of Walt Disney World.
