McCraney Unloads Four Flex Buildings
McCraney Property Company sold four buildings located at 1900-2095 Premier Rd. and 2003-2021 Viscount Rd. in Orlando to an undisclosed buyer for $9.93 million, or approximately $53 per square foot. The single-story, industrial and flex properties were constructed between 1967 and 1979 in the SW Orange County Industrial submarket.
