Avison Young Acquires Top Central Florida CRE Brokerage

Morrison Commercial Real Estate, one of Orlando’s top commercial real estate brokerage firms. Toronto-based Avison Young closed the deal on Nov. 7. As a result, the company will assume a leasing portfolio totaling 3.4 million square feet of office space in Central Florida. Greg Morrison, CCIM, SIOR, founder and principal of Morrison Commercial Real Estate, will be principal and managing director of Avison Young’s Orlando office in downtown. Morrison Commercial Senior Vice President Lisa Bailey also will be a principal of Avison Young. Nine other agents from Morrison Commercial will join Avison Young.
