CNL Continues Florida Expansion With Three New Hires

CNL Commercial Real Estate is continuing its expansion in major Florida markets with the addition of three new senior-level team members. Greg Main-Baillie, Gabriel De Jesus, and Andrew Hawkins will be based in the Boca Raton, Orlando, and Jacksonville offices, respectively. Main-Baillie joins the Boca Raton office to lead the company’s project management business. He previously served as managing director of project management for CBRE across the state of Florida. De Jesus was most recently a senior associate in brokerage services with the Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC). He joins CNL’s landlord advisory team with a focus on customer needs and innovative services. Hawkins will serve as senior vice president in Jacksonville, partnering with Brad Chrischilles to focus on landlord and tenant advisory services. With 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, he was previously a partner at Transwestern in New York.

“We are thrilled to welcome Greg, Gabe and Andrew to the CNL Commercial Real Estate team, and honored that such high-caliber professionals would be attracted to our company,” said Paul Ellis, group president of CNL Commercial Real Estate. “This is an exciting time for us, and we are certain that our new team members will help propel us to continual growth in 2015 and beyond.”

The announcement comes on the heels of a year of strategic growth for the full-service commercial real estate company, which in 2014 added 80 team members to expand its services across its leasing, management, tenant rep, project and facilities management, development, and investment platforms.   Source:  CoStar]]>
