Commercial Broker Ben Crosby Awarded Top Honor

A highly-respected commercial broker from Winter Haven, Florida has been awarded a top honor by his peers.Ben Crosby, ALC, CCIM, owner/broker of Crosby & Associates Inc., is the 2014 recipient of the CCIM Florida Chapter’s Hank Thompson Award. Crosby leads his firm with 30+ years of real estate experience, and is nationally recognized as an expert in land real estate and consulting. He prides himself on establishing a team of equally accomplished Associates that make up Crosby & Associates, Inc. Crosby has been honored in the past as the REALTORS® Land Institute 2010 Florida Land Realtor of the Year, and has received numerous national and regional awards honoring his successes and dedication to his clients and the real estate industry. Crosby holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designations. He is a REALTORS® Land Institute Instructor, in addition to serving in numerous roles for the Florida CCIM Chapter including serving as the 2013 Past President He is also an active member of the CCIM West Coast District. A native of Tampa, Fla., Crosby is a University of South Florida (USF) alum with 31 years in the Florida Real Estate market, with a focus on citrus, ranch, and other agricultural investments. The Hank Thompson Award originated in 1990 in honor of Henry E. Thompson, President of the Florida CCIM Chapter in 1983. The award is given in recognition of a Chapter Designee who made a significant impact on the Chapter on a cumulative basis.
