CrossMarc Services Signs 42,000 SF Lease At South Orlando Shopping Center

CrossMarc Services has secured Sky Zone as the newest anchor tenant at Waterbridge Downs, a 124,997-square-foot shopping center in Orlando.

The trampoline and indoor adventure park will take over the former Big Lots space with a 42,000-square-foot venue set to debut in spring 2026.

The new Sky Zone South Orlando will introduce expanded launch slides, a larger toddler zone, and dedicated areas for after-school programs. Franchisee Gabrielle Garcia will oversee operations at the location, which will join an established tenant mix that includes Family Dollar, The UPS Store, Aji Express Ceviche Bar, and El Tenampa Mexican Restaurant.
