Event Production Company Leases 56,000-SF Orlando Warehouse

Memoir Agency has leased a 56,000-square-foot warehouse at 1216 West Amelia Street in Orlando.

The property was marketed at an asking rate of $14 per square foot under a triple-net lease structure.

Monica Wonus of CBRE and Ryan Griffith of Lee & Associates facilitated the transaction. Michael Sabbagh and Mark Sabbagh of Ultimate Realty were identified as the property’s landlords.

The lease closed on July 15.

The property is situated west of downtown Orlando, providing the tenant with an industrial location near the region’s central business district and major transportation routes.
