Free-Standing Chipotle Fetches $4.59 Million

STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale of a free-standing Chipotle in West Melbourne.

The property totals 2,448 square feet.

Sasha Dominguez and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Sasha Dominguez said of the transaction, “we sourced multiple deals and closed at list price.”
