Melbourne Professional Buildings Fetch $1.705 Million

JM Real Estate, Inc. represented seller Boozer Properties LLC in the April 14 closing of two professional buildings, located at 2415 and 2419 S. Babcock St. in Melbourne, for $1.705 million.

Rob Solito of JM Real Estate, who was recently promoted to vice president and broker,  represented the seller.

The two side-by-side brick and stucco multi-tenant buildings total 13,690 square feet. Seven office and professional services tenants currently occupy the spaces.

Rick Bertel and Jim Durham of FHRM Commercial represented the buyer, Babcock Bricks LLC.

The well-maintained buildings are convenient to Melbourne Airport, downtown Melbourne, U.S. Highway 192, U.S. Highway 1, and Florida Institute of Technology. They feature high daily traffic counts of 28,222 cars, and prominent monument signage for tenants.
