NAI Realvest Brokers Complete Sale Of Retail Property For Diadem Pickleball Complex

Kevin O’Connor, Principal, Managing Broker, Matthew Cichocki, Principal, and Jake Cordes, Associate at NAI Realvest announced the sale of a 35,806-square-foot retail property located at 14748 West Colonial Drive in Winter Garden.

NAI Realvest represented the buyer, La Familia III, LLC, in the acquisition, while the seller, Colonial Holding Group LLC, was represented by Ryan Griffith of Lee & Associates.

The transaction was valued at $6,500,000.

The property will be redeveloped into a Diadem pickleball complex, bringing one of the fastest-growing recreational concepts to the Winter Garden market. Diadem has been recognized as the #1 pickleball venue in the US for 2025. The redevelopment will require extensive interior renovations, with an anticipated opening in late fourth quarter of 2026, and is expected to create approximately 5 to 10 new jobs.

Diadem currently operates locations in Coconut Creek, Florida; Jensen Beach, Florida; and Kobe, Japan. The company continues to expand its footprint across Florida and beyond, with new locations planned for the Emerald Coast (June 2026), Sanford and Wellington, Florida (August 2026), Palmetto Bay, Florida (November 2026), Winter Garden, Florida (fourth quarter 2026), South Miami and Jacksonville, Florida (first quarter 2027), and Raleigh, North Carolina (2027), with plans to expand in additional locations.
