NAI Realvest Secures New Leases, Expansion In Central Florida

House of Glory Wrestling School, LLC leased 3,200 square feet of office space located at 2462 West State Road 426 in Oviedo. House of Glory Wrestling School professionally trains aspiring wrestlers in performance, technique, and character development. West and Funk represented the Landlord, Oviedo Commerce Center, LLC.

SANELMED, PLLC leased 1,400 square feet of office space located at 5575 South Semoran Boulevard in Orlando – also known as Terra Cotta Business Park. Sanelmed is a medical practice that provides non-surgical procedures such as Botox, laser treatments, and other noninvasive treatments. West represented the Landlord, Nisan Realty ADA Compliant Ltd. C/O Dalfen Industrial, LLC.

Native Vanilla Inc. expanded into 3,000 square feet of office space located at 1245 West Airport Boulevard in Sanford – also known as Brio Business Center. Native Vanilla is a Florida‑based, family‑owned food company that produces premium, organically‐grown vanilla products. West and Funk represented the Landlord, Juanita Mobile Home Park, LLC.
