Ocean Bank Provides $15 Million For PopStroke Recreation Center

Ocean Bank announced it provided a $15 million loan for a new miniature golf and restaurant PopStroke recreation center under construction on International Drive.  The borrower is JCS IDRIVE LLC.

Ther center will feature three 18-hole miniature golf courses, restaurants, an outdoor gaming area, kids’ playground and a pond on a 5.1-acre site at 8580 International Drive.  The PopStroke restaurant will have 330 seats, while the Dune Dog restaurant will have an additional 175 seats.

The center replaces the former Pirate’s Cove Adventure Park and will be the third PopStroke facility in the Orlando area and 10th in Florida.

“PopStroke will be a great event space to host celebrations of all kinds. It is the perfect combination of mini golf, good restaurants, and fun for guests of all ages,” said Eddie Diaz, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Lending at Ocean Bank.   “We are glad to provide this financing to our customer Joseph Sanz in this new venture.”
