Pharmaceutical Firm Inks Huge Deal At Orlando Distribution Center
<![CDATA[AmerisourceBergen Corp. will be moving into a “highly-automated” industrial facility in southeast Orlando in the coming months. The firm signed a lease for 270,000 square feet of space in the Beltway Commerce Center on Lee Vista Boulevard near State Road 417, where it plans to have a statewide distribution center. The new lease also puts the 660,000-square-foot Beltway Commerce Center at full occupancy — and takes away one of just a few available large industrial Class A spaces for lease in the Orlando market.
