Stellar Communities Purchases Rockledge Airport For Townhome Community For $72M

Stellar Communities, a South Florida based real estate development company, has successfully acquired a 22-acre land assemblage consisting of the former Rockledge Airport, an FBO, hangars and airport rights and is set to develop a $72 million townhome community.

The project, The Stellar at Space Coast, is strategically positioned in the heart of Brevard County, an aerospace hub in Florida.

Stellar Communities finalized the purchase of the Rockledge Airport site, located at 3773 Flypark Drive, on February 27. Construction is slated to commence in the second quarter of this year, with plans to deliver a modern, thoughtfully designed townhome community featuring 201 residences ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. Home options will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, each offering private backyards, cutting-edge smart-home technology, and certified eco-friendly features.
