The Altman Companies Announces New Multifamily Community In Dr. Phillips Area

The Altman Companies, a nationally recognized developer of luxury apartment communities, has begun pre-leasing its latest Altís-branded community called Altís Sand Lake. Located in Orlando’s sought-after Dr. Phillips neighborhood, Altís Sand Lake will feature 315 exceptional private-entry apartment homes with attached private garages, in close proximity to downtown and the greater Sand Lake area.   According to Joel Altman, chairman of The Altman Companies, Altís Sand Lake will provide residents with an elevated level of service and an exceptional living experience. They can enjoy the all-inclusive resort lifestyle in their own homes with all the amenities, perks and services that resorts offer. The garden-style community will feature a mix of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. In addition, Altís Sand Lake is certified by the National Green Building Standard™. Located at 7118 Altís Way, the development is near some of Orlando’s most popular shopping, dining and entertainment, as well as major employers. There is also convenient access to the Central Florida Parkway, International Drive and I-4.

“There’s a lot of buzz about new multifamily construction in the highly desirable Dr. Phillips area, and we’re excited to establish ourselves in the neighborhood,” said Altman. “The community offers residents a world of possibilities right outside their front doors.”

Residents will start to move in at the beginning of June. The Altman Companies currently has 1,229 units under construction in Florida and an additional 1,292 units in the pipeline for this year. All of the properties are Class A and highly amenitized, offering residents an “Exceptional Living Experience.”
