CP Group Pushes Lake Mary Office Campus To 93% Occupancy After Renovation Push

CP Group has nearly filled Northpoint Center, a three-building office campus in Lake Mary, after completing a recapitalization and renovation program aimed at repositioning the property in Central Florida’s office market.

The Boca Raton-based firm has brought occupancy at the 334,000-square-foot campus to 93 percent, up from 76 percent less than two years ago. Since taking on the upgrades, CP Group has completed more than 126,000 square feet of leasing activity at the property.

The latest deals include a new 16,586-square-foot lease with Staples Contract & Commercial LLC, a subsidiary of Staples, and a 13,707-square-foot expansion by Westwood Professional Services. The expansion more than doubles Westwood’s presence at Northpoint Center.

Madison Kimbell of JLL represented CP Group in both leases. Chris Mullen and Andrei Savitski of CBRE represented Staples, while John Beach and Catherine Gibbons of Newmark represented Westwood.
