Flagler Real Estate Services Appoints New VP, Director of Leasing

Scott Bell[/caption] Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC (FRES), the brokerage and property management arm of Flagler, announced it is growing its Central Florida leasing team with the addition of seasoned veteran Scott Bell as Vice President. He will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of Flagler’s regional portfolio, including SouthPark Center in the South Orlando business district, Maitland Promenade II, and Reserve at Maitland. Bell brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience with a transaction volume that exceeds $850 million in the Florida market. The seasoned professional has represented major companies in Florida including AT&T, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, Foley & Lardner, Broad and Cassel, PNC Bank and United Health Care Group. He has also managed key institutional relationships with TIAA/CREF, Prudential Real Estate Investors, and Goldman Sachs. “Scott is a highly regarded and accomplished broker and we’re pleased to welcome him.” said Keith Tickell, Chief Operating Officer of Flagler. Bell joins FRES from Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage (JLL), where he served as Managing Director. Bell was recognized as JLL’s Top producer in Orlando in 2010 and CoStar Top 25 Power Broker in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Bell previously had long tenures at CB Richard Ellis, Lincoln Property Company, and Carter. Active in industry and professional organizations, Bell is a former past president for the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the University of Central Florida (UCF) Alumni Association. He is also affiliated with the UCF Dr. Phillips Real Estate School Advisory Board, White Horse Capital Fund – National Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. Marchese will join Bell in the marketing and leasing of Flagler’s regional portfolio. Marchese brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to his role as Director of Leasing. Prior to joining Flagler, Marchese served as an office broker with Morrison Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in representing office property owners and users throughout Central Florida. Marchese is actively involved in industry associations and currently serves as Director on NAIOP Central Florida’s Board of Directors and is a past president of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Program.
