Advertising Firm Leases 30,000 SF Industrial Space In Orlando

OUTFRONT Media, LLC, a leading out-of-home advertising company, has leased a 30,000-square-foot industrial space near downtown Orlando. Richard T. Davis Jr., Managing Director of Industrial Services with Colliers International Central Florida, represented OUTFRONT Media in the lease. The landlord is Hooker Holdings, LLLP. The industrial space will combine OUTFRONT Media’s Central Florida operations into one space, bringing all the staff from its former Winter Park and Sanford locations under one roof. The new Orlando space provides more square footage than the company’s previous locations and will be used for both warehouse and office purposes.  

“The location of this property puts OUTFRONT Media right in the middle of the I-4 corridor, and closer to more of its displays in the Central Florida region,” said Colliers’ Davis.

OUTFRONT Media has more than 400,000 billboards and transit displays, including digital formats, across the top 25 markets in the United States. This includes 1500 displays in the Orlando area. The property is located at 635 W. Michigan St. in Orlando, just off I-4.
