Banana River Square Redevelopment Complete, New Publix Opens

Crossman & Company announced the reopening of Banana River Square after extensive renovations including a new Publix Supermarket. Crossman & Company’s Senior Leasing Associate Tracy Worrell is preleasing for the brand-new shop spaces in the center. The popular shopping destination is located at 2005 N Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of North Atlantic Ave. and South Banana River Blvd.  

“Retail opportunities and the new Publix will continue be a top destination for both residents and the large number of tourists who come to Brevard County to enjoy the area’s attractions and beaches year-round,” noted Worrell.

It had been 30 years since the iconic center had been renovated.
