The Annual HALLMARK Awards event, presented by the Central Florida Real Estate Association (CFCREA) in association with the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR). This year’s event included both unique insights into Orlando’s historic Packing District and a generous donation to 4Roots non-profit farming initiative, also located in Packing District.
The transaction, valued at $55.3 million, includes nine buildings encompassing 168,741 square feet of space.
The location is currently in the development planning stage and approval process, with the goal of opening late 2024.
The HALLMARK Awards event is scheduled for July 24th, 2024.
The food hall at 2105 N. Orange Blossom Trail opened to the public last Friday with nine of the 11 vendor spots serving everything from chicken shawarma, to Picanha steak, to Oreo-cheesecake brownies, to some of Orlando’s best Neapolitan-style pizza.
Construction of the $500 million, 900,000-square-foot mixed-use project, to be called Westcourt, is set to break ground in late 2024.

Gabriel Britti, Issenberg, and Ricardo Esteves of Marcus & Millichap’s Issenberg Britti Group had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer, a local LLC.
The property is 98% occupied.
