CBRE Hires Brandon Delanois As Orlando Market Leader

CBRE announced that Brandon Delanois has been hired as the new Market Leader and Managing Director for its Orlando business effective Jan. 1, 2026.

He will oversee business operations and drive the growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines in the Orlando market, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management.

Delanois succeeds Jim Gray, who served in the role since 2018 and retired from CBRE at the end of 2025.

“Brandon’s proven leadership and deep understanding of the Central Florida market make him an ideal choice to lead our Orlando operations,” said Mike DiBlasi, CBRE North Florida Market Leader. “His commitment to client service and innovative approach will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients in this dynamic market.”

Delanois brings a wealth of expertise, most recently serving as Managing Director of JLL’s Retail Advisory Group where he focused on the Central, Southwest and North Florida markets. During his tenure of more than a decade at JLL, he focused on tenant representation and agency leasing, assisting national retailers and restaurant groups with strategic regional rollouts. Additionally, he represented national healthcare companies in portfolio optimization along with successfully repositioning properties and leading development efforts to create value for clients. Delanois is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, is the past chair of the ICSC Orlando Planning Committee and is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.

“I am honored to join CBRE and lead the talented team in Orlando,” said Delanois. “I look forward to building upon the strong foundation Jim established and working to further strengthen our market position, foster client relationships and drive strategic growth across all our service lines.”
