Banyan Street Capital and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., have hired CBRE to provide leasing services for their three-building Resource Square office complex. Banyan Street Capital and Oaktree Capital Management acquired the 366,000-square-foot complex at 13501 Ingenuity Drive, 12000 Research Parkway, and 12001 Research Parkway last month. The CBRE leasing team includes Jay Dixon and Micah Strader. BSC Realty Services, an affiliate of Banyan Street Capital, will manage the property.
