A New York–based private equity firm recently acquired an industrial asset in Orlando for $25.2 million.
The property is located in the Sunport Technology Center and consists of a 159,788-square-foot flex-warehouse building at 100 Sunport Lane along with its adjoining parking lot.
The buyer is an affiliate of Ivaylo Ninov, founder and CEO of Mactaggart & Co. This marks his firm’s first acquisition in Central Florida. To finance the deal, the buyer secured a loan of $19.165 million from Emerald Creek Capital.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Mike Davis and Dominic Montazemi represented Penn-Florida Companies, the seller, in partnership with the Orlando based leasing team of Jared Bonshire and David Perez, who have been retained to continue leasing the property.
