Church Of Scientology Buys Office Building In Orlando

Church of Scientology of Orlando has purchased a 48,123-sqaure-foot office building at 6770 Lake Ellenor Drive in Orlando. The property is located in the Patriot Pointe office complex, two miles north of Florida Mall. Michael Sweeney, Associate, Office and Retail Services for Colliers International Central Florida and Joe Rossi, CCIM, Managing Director of Investment Services for Colliers International Central Florida represented the seller, Patriot-BSP 6770 Lake Ellenor Associates, LLC. The property was sold via Auction.com for $1.65 million.  

“This property was highly sought after by the buyer, which followed the building for several years before purchasing it on the auction site,” said Sweeney. “The building was well maintained by the seller and will require very little deferred maintenance, if any.”

Previously, The Church of Scientology of Orlando was located at 1830 E. Colonial Drive.
