Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale Of Kissimmee Office Flex Portfolio
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $21,000,000 sale of 3600 & 3700 Commerce Blvd., a 193,571-square-foot office flex portfolio located in Kissimmee.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, and Mark Stratman represented the seller, the Speer Foundation, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Realife Real Estate Group.
“This Class A Office/Flex Portfolio is situated in a high growth location in South Orlando where there is limited comparable product for tenants to lease similar space,” said Colon, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
3600 & 3700 Commerce Blvd. was built in 2001 and was 93% leased at the time of sale. Each building consists of a combination of two-story office and warehouse space, with 24 and 28-foot clear heights and a mix of dock-high and grade-level loading. The portfolio is located in an infill location, directly north of the Kissimmee Gateway Airport in the heart of Orlando’s Osceola/Kissimmee submarket. The location offers ease of access to Florida’s Turnpike, John Young Parkway (Hwy 17), Central FL GreeneWay (SR 417), US 192, and Interstate 4.
