EML Realty Partners Announces Recent Acquisition Of Goodwill Industries Distribution Center

Based in Jupiter, FL, EML Realty Partners recently announced the acquisition of the property home of Goodwill Industries, located at South Kings Highway in Fort Pierce.

The 41,362 square foot industrial distribution center was purchased for $6.3 million. This is EML Realty Partner’s sixth acquisition in 2022, totaling $35 million in acquisitions this year.
