Fortune 500 Tech Subsidiary Leases 104,000 SF At Orlando Logistics Park
A confidential technology subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company has leased 103,878 square feet of industrial space at Orlando Logistics Park at LeeVista, a modern industrial development located at 7450 Emerald Dunes Drive in Orlando.
The lease represents a significant occupancy commitment within the Orlando industrial market and adds to the leasing momentum at the Ambrose-developed logistics park. The property is part of a newer generation of industrial facilities designed to serve companies seeking efficient distribution, logistics or operational space in Central Florida.
Orlando’s industrial sector has continued to benefit from the region’s population growth, expanding consumer base and strategic access to major transportation routes. For technology-related users, modern logistics space can support a range of functions, from regional distribution and equipment handling to service operations and supply chain support.
Ambrose, represented by Aasif Bade, is the landlord for the property. JLL brokered the transaction.
The deal further illustrates the strength of well-located industrial assets in Orlando, particularly as companies continue to evaluate Central Florida for its access, growth trajectory and business-friendly logistics infrastructure.
