Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sunbelt Rentals Retail Facility Sale

Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Sunbelt Rentals in Kissimmee.

The property sold for over $3,000,000 and was near completion pending final construction at the time of sale.

Rory Shelby, Scott Gould, and Christopher Biuso, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, MPV Properties, a seasoned preferred developer. The buyer, Agree Development, LLC, was also procured by Shelby, Gould, and Biuso.

“This was a unique and complex transaction involving one of the nation’s first Sunbelt Rentals small format retail locations,” says Shelby, first vice president of investments. “The buyer was a repeat client who was acquiring multiple Sunbelts amidst working through the final punch lists.”

The 6,371-square-foot Sunbelt Rentals is located at 2982 Michigan Ave., situated strategically within a dense trades area which will cater to the local client base. The site offers convenient access to major roadway arteries, including Osceola Parkway, Florida’s Turnpike, and State Road 417 and Orange Avenue.
